Abstract: With the revolution of higher education and management in the world, the manners of collecting funds in universities are more and more pluralistic. It has become an important issue for the universities that how to raise the funds from the society and how to manage the property successfully. Harvard University can provide some experience in collecting and managing the funds not only to other universities of USA but also to universities of China
