Abstract: Since 40 years of China's reform and opening-up, profound changes have been achieved politically and economically with far-reaching social impacts. Meanwhile, continuous reforms and innovations in social governance have produced abundant thoughts and they are promoted accordingly. Therefore, it is of great significance to systematically sort out the formation and development of China’s social governance thoughts and demonstrate its implications for applicable value by analyzing its contents and characteristics.
