Abstract:
With the popularization of the Internet and digital technology, the world has entered the digital age, which has brought profound impact on national governance, enterprise development and individual life. Digital security has become an important part of national security, including network security, data security, technology application security, platform public opinion security and security issues caused by private power of digital enterprises. Many countries and regions have taken countermeasures to reduce security risks in the digital field. Digital security has the general characteristics of national security. For example, the identification of digital security issues is political, and digital security is systematic, relative and hierarchical. There is a need to strike an effective balance between digital security and development, digital security and individual rights. At the same time, digital security has distinct characteristics, for example, digital security is very complex, with great uncertainty; digital security governance involves many subjects, and private entity is becoming increasingly important in security governance. The digital era promotes the formation of new powers. Digital security has strong political, social and right attributes. Digital domestic security and international security heavily rely on each other, and the digital field appears the trend of pan-security. Countries have been strengthening digital security governance and enhancing cooperation at the international level, thereby building a safe and effective governance system for digital space.
