Abstract: The trust crisis in the era of artificial intelligence is more complex and challenging. The uncertainty and riskiness of the technological social system have led to a "weak trust" social landscape in the intelligent society. Based on the two-dimensional trust analysis framework of "ontological - other" constructed by trust theory, this paper systematically explains the alienated manifestations and reconstruction paths of “weak trust” in the era of artificial intelligence. The emotional domination under intelligent simulacra, the personality rejection under cultural lag, the hive life under intelligent discipline, and the surface differentiation under knowledge distortion have given rise to the “weak trust”social operation order. To solve the trust crisis, it is necessary to achieve the emotional recovery of digital disconnection in the present, the order reconstruction of the centralized intelligent space, the ethical embedding of artificial intelligence technology, and the demystification of truth under reflective criticism from the four dimensions of “emotion - authority - technology - consciousness”, in order to establish a “human-machine symbiosis” strong trust order and further ensure the benign operation of social trust relations.
