Abstract:
The thought of human-based management has rich content. Its core is to regard human as the subject, its dynamic comes from human’s needs and its guarantee condition is favorable outside environment. The traits of teachers decides that the matter-based management has conflicts such as the conflict between strong subjectivity of teachers and supressness of matter-based management, the conflict between democraticness of teachers’ joining management and the autarchy of matter-based management, and the conflict between strong higher needs of teachers and monotonous ness of matter-based management. Regarding teacher as the centre, motion as base, and democracy as core should be the essential locating of teachers management in universities.
