摘要: 以2004～2006年民族院校学报的引文数据为研究对象，从二次文献转载、Web下载率的角度统计民族院校学报在2004～2006年期间为二次文献期刊全文转载以及Web环境下为网络用户下载使用的情况，并通过加权得到综合评价值，为后续研究提供一定的参考。

Abstract: Based on the data from CSSCI (2004-2006), this paper chose 12 Journals of Universities for Nationalities as the research objects, analyzed the secondary document and Web download rate of these periodicals, and revealed the academic value and use factor.
