Abstract: The report of 17 Session of Representative Assemblies had emphatically pointed out that the harmonious culture is an important spiritual support to unite all the progressive people. Constructing the harmonious culture has significant time value for us to construct harmonious socialist society, carry out scientific development view entirely, promote the harmonious development of interpersonal relationship, and people’s body and mind, and deal with the international cultural competition and challenge. We should advance the harmonious cultural construction in constructing the core socialist value, insisting on humanism, developing socialist economy and politics, establishing perfect operational mechanism of harmonious culture, strengthening the moral thought construction, enlarging Chinese outstanding traditional culture and spiritual wealth created by the Communist Party of China, and learning the excellent cultural achievements from all over the world.
