Abstract: We are now standing on a new historical start of socialism with Chinese characteristics, which not only asks for higher requirements of development, but also has some conflicts and problems. To solve these problems, the new mind liberation should be promoted on this new start in order to propel the socialism with Chinese characteristics ahead.
