Abstract: The development and management of countryside human resources is an important guarantee for fully realizing countryside well-off society, constructing socialist new countryside and promoting countryside economy development. Cunrently, we should realize the shortcomings of government’s management in countryside human resources and optimize those corresponding functions of government, in order to advance the procedures of countryside human resources exploration and socialist new countryside construction .
