Abstract: There are obvious geographical characteristics of the distribution in the flow of rural labor force in Shaanxi. The range of flow of rural labor force is wide, especially centering in the western region and the central cities. The distribution trend transfers from intra-province flow to cross-provice flow, and the advantages of the later are obvious. The flow of rural labor force in Shaanxi is mainly distributed in secondary and tertiary industries, which have the characteristics of prominent brand services, greater income disparity in different industries, and significantly geographical distribution of industries.
