Abstract: Education of “Learning Method” in universities is a kind of practice for class teaching and teaching management in which college students are masters of learning. The target of the education is to train the study capacity of the college students by themselves, and the main training contents are study methods. The purpose of education of “Learning Method” is to spark plug independent learning consciousness and interest of the college students for their all-around development. Education of “Learning Method” in the university conforms with law of learning of the college student, and it is an effective way to implement education for all-around development and improve higher education quality, and a useful means to promote scientific teaching management and improve teaching level. In order to carry out education of “Learning Method” in universities, understanding about education of “Learning Method” must be strengthened, rules and regulations of teaching management for education of “Learning Method” must be made, multi-level curriculum must be constructed, and diversified and high-quality teaching team must be established.
