Abstract: With the deepening of reform and the further development of socialist market economy, people have greatly changed in terms of their social lives and ideas. Economic globalization, diversified life, pluralized values, information networking, and higher education popularization have produced great impacts on campus life. The stability of higher learning institutions is the guarantee of the healthy development of other aspects on campus. To make the teaching, research, and students on campus stable, efforts must be made to reinforce and improve the ideological and political education of students and administrate every task according to regulations and moral character.
