Abstract: The instructor is the backbone force to carry out ideological and political education of the university student, and the organizer, the executor and the shepherd of university students’ daily ideological and political education and the supervisory work. The instructor specialization construction is the inevitably choice to promote the development of the instructor and enhance the work efficiency.
