Abstract: The theory of social organization cycle is summarized and researched based on hypercycle theory. Enterprise cycle system is presented in this research based on the essential existence requirements of enterprise. The main reason of enterprise’s failure is the break or blockage of interior and exterior cycles, especially the metabolism cycle and the resource balance cycle. The author analyzes the forming process, basic model and basic elements of the enterprise’cycle system based on hypercycle theory, constitutes the mathematics model of the enterprise’s cycle based on its basic model, and analyzes its controlling effectiveness by making uses of mathematics tools including the influence of uncertain factors and outer disruptions. The results indicate that enterprise cycle is beneficial to improve the stability of enterprise system.
