Abstract: Human’s modernization is a process following the time development closely. The body and mind quality modernization of the university students must adapt to the networking’s characteristic and the request, use the information technology effectively to enhance the informational accomplishment, utilize the network technology to learn, deal with the conflicts between the hypothesized social relations and the realistic social relations, set up a harmony sense and correctly handle the cultural conflicts on the campus, and set up a developing sense to make their modernization truly become a dynamic process.
