Abstract: The researches of power are shifting from single organization to network organization, along with the popularization of network and illegibility of boundary of organizations. In many factors, knowledge and position are the most influential ones and the shifting of those powers is more sensitive and severe. This article puts forward two frameworks of knowledge power and power integration to analyze the origin and shifting of power.
