Abstract: Since the “Law on Farmers’ Cooperatives in People’s Republic of China” has been promulgated and implemented, farmers’ cooperatives have been established, constructed and developed towards the legal system. Based on farmers’ degree of satisfaction, we have investigated Gaoyou farmers’ cooperatives in Qingyuan County, Hebei Province. The research result shows that although there are estantial differences between Gaoyou farmers’ cooperatives and international normative farmers’ cooperatives, Gaoyou farmers’ cooperatives also possess vitality under the situation of China. Therefore, we have analyzed its organizational system and administrant policy, which can be used for reference to the future farmers’ cooperatives.
