Abstract: With the further research on theory of competitiveness, the researchers attach more importance to the study on regional competitiveness of talents. This paper reviews the major domestic achievement on the studies of regional competitiveness of talents, summarizes the main views about its definition, intension and index system, evaluation methods and research levels, and then sums up the existing problems and future prospects of the study on regional competitiveness of talents.
