Abstract:
Education development must be based on the competitive brand. The creation of brand needs the co-participation of headmaster, director, teacher and student. Although headmaster plays the core role, his idea can be realized through the four elements which are the creator and the benefit-receiver for school brand. Brand structure has much relationship with team building, teaching practice, management thinking and campus culture, all of which are focusing on teaching.
