Statistics and Analysis on the Achievements Obtained by the Creative Research Group of the Ministry of Education in Three Years

摘要: 创新团队发展计划是教育部实施《高层次创造性人才计划》的重要内容之一，本文针对2004～2007年期间教育部实施的创新团队计划，就创新团队按学科分布的特点以及创新团队的成绩进行了统计和分析。根据分析结果，提出了具有建设性的思路和措施

Abstract: The Creative Research Group is one of the “Plans for High Level and Creative Elitists” put in practice by the Ministry of Education. Aiming at the practice during the period of 2004 to 2007, this paper has carried out the statistics and analysis on the achievements obtained by the Creative Research Groups. Based on the results, some constructive thinking and measurements are proposed.
