Abstract: Based on the Complexity Theory, the framework of the evolution of innovation in project team is addressed, the process of knowledge sharing between project teams is examined, and the knowledge sharing between teams is classified. Analyzing the cost and profit by combining strong contact and weak contact in social network, it is concluded that different knowledge sharings between project teams need different contacts.
