Abstract: The“business”in the justified business behavior is a specialized and adventurous work essentially repeated or will be repeated, which is conducted by someone having corresponding ability. The basis of its justification lies in that there exit superior interests in the scope which is set up by the business behavior’s rules. Only in line with certain conditions can a business behavior be justified.
