Abstract:
In accordance with the differences of its articulation or levels of expression, knowledge consists of a chart of implicitness and explicitness, and all the knowledge has its right position in this chart. The process of knowledge creation can be summed up in three spiraling stages—socialization, integration and operation. Internalization and explicitness of knowledge exactly exist in these three stages. They rely on each other and promote each other so as to constantly make knowledge increase and finally create operative and innovative knowledge.
