Abstract: Observing of the change of Chinese society from the revolutionary visual angle, the Change of Chinese Society believed that the imperialism aggression brought about industrial revolution with force for China, which caused foundmental changes of the Chinese society. The main academic characteristics of the book were the combination of seeking truth and beeing pragmatic, seeking truth from facts and so on. But the problem of paying too much attention to class struggle also existed in the book.
