Abstract:
There are many complex contradictions in the university graduates’ employment market. The quantitative conflicts and the structural discrepancy between supply and demand are the contradictions at the macro level. The conflicts between job expectations and market prices, and the discrepancy between employment capacity and market demand are contradictions at the micro level. The conflicts between supply and demand are the principal contradictions in current employment market, while the lack of demand is the main aspect of the contradictions. To mediate the contradictions, government, universities and the graduates should work together to seize the main contradiction and the key aspect of the contradiction, making the graduates’ employment market-oriented.
