Abstract: This paper points out the current state about how to identify students from poor families in our country’s universities, and proposes some feasible suggestions on the issue, such as getting more familiar student financial aid policies in China, students with financial aids making faith commitment, and teachers visiting their home, etc. This aim is to strengthen the state financial aids to college students and to enable the financial aids system becoming more appropriate.
