Abstract: Criminal victim is one part of legal relationships under the influence of the criminal act. The protection of the victim’s interests is an important yardstick which measures the civilization in criminal legal system. This paper focuses on victims in the restorative justice, and explores the interaction between the victims and offenders through the perspective of the relationship. We should explores in depth the protection of the relationship between the rights of victim and restorative justice, as well as the interaction between the victim to avoid vicious contravariance in the community’s responsibility to protect the victims.
