Approaches for Improving Professors’ Teaching Arts in Top Universities

摘要: 本文对研究型大学本科教育中存在的问题进行了深入细致的分析,找出了教师不重视教学工作的原因。提出了研究型大学构建教学与科研相结合的团队的构想和运行机制,即促进教学与科研融合,提高教师的学术水平与教学水平;着力专业建设,促进教学内容与科技进步同步,提高课程与教材建设质量;推进学生课外科技活动,促进学生参与科学研究,提高学生科技创新能力。经过近5年的探索与实践,取得了显著成效Abstract: The reasons that professors pay more attentions to science researches than to students’ instructing are listed. How they affect students’ learning is summarized. Consturucting teacher teams which have to pay the same attentions to science researches as to students’ instructing is an available approach for improving professors’ teaching in universities. The approach has been proved to be effective through 5 years’ practice.
