Abstract: Quality education in art plays an important role of all ages. As a combination of being both national and artistic, Chinese folk music has high prestige in the worldwide music filed. Through different teaching approaches of art education, Chinese folk music will be spreaded and developed, and it will also help more students in universities of science and engineering understand and enjoy Chinese traditional music, improve their quality in music appreciation, finally achieve the goal of the integration of their profession and art.
