Abstract: The educational policy ethics are the value and norm followed by the main part of the educational policies in regulating educational interests. They are made up of values and norms. In essence, the educational policy ethics is a principled system regulating the moral relation existing in the educational policy, an effective means to regulate the various educational interests and the moral request made by the major social values to the educational policy. Nowadays, it is essential to strengthen researches into the educational policy ethics in order to regulate and monitor the policy behavior of the main part of the educational policies, ensure the justice and fairness of the educational policy, speed up its efficiency, and guarantee of its realization of public interests.
