Abstract: The art activity is an essential part of campus cultures, which is the extraordinary impetus for enhancing the quality of campus culture, developing students' abilities of aesthetic, and helping stundents to develope a healthy personality. A well-founded system of art activities is playing an essential role in ensuring college students growing up healthly, which is an foundation of quality-oriented education as well. At prensent, art activities held at engineering and technologycolleges are still in exploration. Based on analyzing the status and attemps of art activities carried out at engineering and technology colleges, this article illustrates and discusses the thought of building a well-founded system of art activities.
