Abstract: The values of ideological and political education connotation in campus culture ask for searching for its realization approach in practice combining the reality of subject’s needs and the possibility of object satisfying subject’s needs. In the construction of campus culture, the deploitment and utilization of ideological and political education resources and the researches needed by ideological and political education are preconditions of realizing values of the education. While grasping the rules, principles and methods of ideological and political education and promoting educator’s quality are two fundamental items in the construction of campus culture.
