Abstract:
Classification management is an important part of civil service management reform in our country. How to inspire civil servants to work harder and well is an important measure to speeding up the service government construction. Beginning with the connotation of classification management of civil servants, the paper analyses it is impact to the incentive mechanism of civil servants. On the premise of foreign experience and according to China’s actual conditions, the paper tries to explore the cosummatation of the incentive mechanism of civil servants.
