Abstract: Zheng Gu, who is a poet of Late Tang Dynasty, is named of “Zheng partridge” because of his poem of " partridge ",but later generations were quite unsatisfied with this poem. This poem was put in specific times in this paper. It is thought that parts of lines accord with the request of suppressing depicting after the objects from the point of view of the development of Poetry Chanting Thing .It stands for the transition from sepicting after the objects to suppressing depicting after the objects. At the same time, the poet has also managed skills without inscription and the neat form of Law Poem. These three aspects are the important reasons for that the poet can obtain the reputation in the era.
