Abstract: The human is a kind of moral beings, who have the potential to do kinds things as well as evil things. Once a person does evil things, he will get the moral punishment. To guarantee the justice of morals punishment, it is generally considered from three dimensions. First, the rationality of the morals rule is the foundation of the moral punishment, which has important social values. Second, the subject of the sound personality is the object of the moral punishment, who undertakes the appropriate social responsibility. Third, the justice of the moral evaluation is the guarantee of the moral punishment and it has the equity for everyone.
