Abstract:
Performance measurement on product level reuse helps to summing up reuse experiences, enhancing reclamation to disable products, and achieving maximum reuse values. Measuring on the whole process performance of product level reuse from the functional, green, economic and psychological factors are presented. A product level reuse subsystem and its feature matrix are built to analyze and evaluate reused products. Aiming at the complexity of reuse dates, the measure method based on the spectral norm is proposed. The method takes advantage of the index information on the whole process of product level reuse, and gives different weights to indicators in different stages. The two-stage AHP method is proposed aiming at the too many performance measurement indicators and the problem of the expert’s authority and consensus. The example of TV reuse illustrates that the proposed theory and method can effectively measure the reuse performance. Finally, the results are analyzed and reuse proposals are given.
