新生代农民工的社会幸福感
——基于江苏省南京市394位新生代农民工的实证研究

New-generation Rural Workers’ Social Sense of Happiness —Based on the Empirical Research of 394 Rural Workers in Nanjing

摘要: 新生代农民工的社会幸福感不仅是建设和谐社会的重要内容，也关系着社会的稳定与安全，是加强和创新社会管理的重要内容。通过对江苏省南京市394位新生代农民工的实证调查，本文发现，新生代农民工社会幸福感水平不高，受到新生代农民工获得的社会支持和政府公共服务影响，新生代农民工获得的社会支持越多，享受的政府公共服务越多，社会幸福感就越强。因此，急需通过改善对新生代农民工的社会支持和政府公共服务来提升新生代农民工的社会幸福感

Abstract: The new-generation rural workers’ social sense of happiness is not only significant for constructing harmonious society but also is relative with society’s steady and safety. By empirical research of 394 new-generation rural workers in Nanjing, it is found that their social sense of happiness is not satisfied, which is mainly affected by the social supports and public services they get. Therefore, it is urgent to improve social supports and public services to promote rural workers’ sense of happiness
