Abstract: The supplier evaluation system of emergency supplies procurement is established for the integration of civil and military emergency logistics based on its concept described. For the existence of subjective problems in traditional government procurement, the index weight is evaluated with entropy weight theory objectively, which improves the objectivity of the evaluation process. Taking the two-correlation analysis method, a comprehensive analysis evaluation process is formed with the production technology level and the social impact on the industry level according to grey correlation analysis theory, and the multi-vendor choice method is completed based on evaluation results.
