Abstract: Blog has been becoming one of new media in innovation of network ideological and political education, which requires to explore the theoretical basis for university counselor’s blog construction. Realizational approaches to solve this problem are discussed from the perspective of the theory of blog construction, which gives answers not only to the network ideological and political education, but also to the innovation of campus’s network culture construction.
