电信运营企业文化的综合 评价体系及方法研究

Research on the Evaluation System and Method of China Telecom Corporate Culture

  • 摘要: 电信运营企业文化评价是企业文化建设的重要环节,但目前国内对电信运营企业 文化的定量研究还存在严重的不足。本文在分析了电信运营企业文化特点的基础上,提出了企业 文化的综合评价体系,采用模糊数学中的综合评价方法构建了企业文化评价模型,并且应用灰色系 统理论中的关联度来评价企业文化等级,为电信运营企业文化的综合评价提供了一种比较科学的 定量分析方法。

     

    Abstract: The evaluation of telecom corporate culture is the key content in building up corporate culture.But there ale a few shortcomings in quantitative analysis of teleeom corporate culture evaluation method.The paper puts forward to the evaluation system of corporate culture on the basis of analyzing the essential characters of telecom corporate culture. The comprehensive evaluation in fuzzy mathematics is applied to construct the model of corporate culture evaluation,and relevancy in obscure theory is utilized to class corporate culture.The paper provides a more scientific and accurate quantitative method for telecom corporate culture evaluation.
