关于高校治理商业贿赂的思考

摘要: 本文指出高校商业贿赂的严峻形势，着重分析了高校商业贿赂的危害性，提出治理高校商业贿赂，必须从思想上加强教育，从财务制度上加强监管，从处罚力度上保持威慑力以及加快完善治理商业贿赂的相关立法等。

Abstract: This paper points out the severe situation of high college commercial bribe，anal)7zes the harnmess，and puts forward that in order to goveming the high college commercial bribe，we must strengthen the ideological education，reinforce supervision to fiscal system and perfect the relevant laws of polishing the commercial bribe．
