Abstract: Enforcement to the shares of Limited Liability Company(LLC)is a special question of the shares transfer in LLC．The enforcement must resolute the conflict between the compulsory measures in the judicial process and the human joining，which is the most important characteristic of LLC．Foreign company laws and the laws of civil enforcement provide for the enforcement．The company law of P．R．C provides for the enforcement too，but the provision needs to be improved because it doesn’t stipulate the condition in which the priority of other shareholders is exercised
