Abstract: The aim of the ontology is to seek the nature and origin of the cosmos，and it experienced its process of flouring and decline．From the point of scientific understanding，SO—called ontological foundation is Chaos of the world which is to be understood．The chaos is the unity of order and out—of-order，and is becoming certainty，and its way of ap— pearing is scientific understanding．
