中国特色社会主义建设必须防止权力资本主义的形成和发展一

摘要: 本文论述了实行社会主义市场经济必须坚持的政治前提和经济基础。深刻剖析了在社会主义市场经济条件下出现权力资本化问题的主、客观原因，揭示了权力资本化破坏社会主义市场经济，加剧社会两极分化及附庸于国际垄断资本主义、颠覆社会主义制度的必然性。本论文还提出了遏止权力资本化问题的根本途径，即在坚定不移地坚持社会主义市场经济的政治前提争坚持不懈地巩固社会主义市场经济的经济基础的同时．必须加强党员干部队伍的革命化建设。

Abstract: This paper discusses the political presupposition and economical base，which must be insisted on in the construction of socialistic market economy。points out the subjective and objective causes of the appearance of power capi— talism．deeply analyzes the necessity of power capitalism’s destructibility to socialistic market economy even socialistic system，and finally proposes the basic approach to preventing the power capitalism．
