Abstract: Based on the deep analysis of work behavior classification of village cadres，the paper analyzes the work behavior evolvement of village cadres and thinks that work behavior of village cadres has changed after tax··free in the COU·· ntryside．Village cadres’role as the villagers’agency becomes the main work of village cadres and three kinds of work behavior grow harmonically．Village cadres begin to really and truly serve for the villager．
