Abstract:
The career management becomes orle of the important means of the govemment organization human地-
onl℃e development.In order to know the actual eonditon of the civil servant career management in China to improve the
civil servant ealreer management according the reality,this text gets the information about putting award and programming
of the objective of the civil servant career management,exerting and observing serf-competence,the difference between
the development and aim of the career,the training of the career development,and the need of the civil servant career
management by questionnaire investigating.
