Abstract: In this paper, an emergency information system based on mobile devices and ZigBee module is designed and implemented. Using the mobile devices, disaster information can be seized and incomplete information can be mended with the aid of obtained information. The data mining technologies are used for constructing a real-time emergency information system, and the final information support is offered by visualized measures.
