Abstract: The risk control priority should be given to the prevention control in advance. The fuzzy linear programming to design the production risk control program on new product development is established, and the solution algorithm is given. The model aims to minimize the risk control cost in a fuzzy restraint of the risk reduce rate. The case studies show that the model can help new product development project managers to develop more economical risk control programs
