Abstract: Enterprise“white collar”鹊a special circle Occurs during the rapid society transformation．In order to spur new circle to participate in politics and construct harmonious society，one of the most important steps is to learn about their present situation of politics participating，especially the degree of their satisfaction．The paper adopts the quMi— tative method and makes use of the first—hand information to explore the reasons behind it and also put forward some counter measures based on analyzing the variable of degree of the satisfaction．
