Abstract: The training of cross-culture communication ability is a must of cultivating global top-quality citizens. Cross-culture communication ability could help students to fully understand foreign cultures and to re-appreciate our own culture. It is very important to upgrade students’ cross-culture communication ability in both their professional development and private quality. Under the new situation of economic globalization, the training of cross-culture communication ability should follow the model nurtured by new concepts, raise the students’ awareness, quality and practical competence of cross-culture communication, as to realize our purpose of cultivating global top-quality talents.
